FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

We Answer Your Questions

Everyone wants to know things about the ministry - when did we start, what do we do, what does the future hold, etc. We answer the most frequently asked questions below. We've also provided links to websites that will give you more information about Senegal's weather, people, food, government, and more.

  1. When was COLOM established? See About Us Page

  2. Are you from Senegal? No, we are from Nigeria, and were sent to Senegal by God.

  3. Where is Senegal and what region do you work in? Senegal is in West Africa and we work presently in Fatick and Kaolack regions. (States)

  4. What projects are you involved in? See our Projects & KBB pages

  5. What church or agency were you affiliated with? Calvary Ministries (CAPRO), Glory Tabernacle Ministry

  6. How do you fund your projects? We rely on God for provision of all our needs. Donations from churches and partners help us to live and complete these projects. We are believing God for more partners in the coming years.

  7. How can I get involved? There are many ways to get involved including donating items, funding a project, sponsoring a child, bringing a team or volunteering long term.

  8. I noticed that you are a TSC Verified Organization. What does that mean? To prevent people becoming victims of scams (especially in Africa), TSC visits ministries to make sure they are legitimate and doing what they say they are doing. It's like an insurance policy for donors - you can give knowing that there is an organization that has been here, conducted interviews, taken pictures and been a part of what we are doing - all for the benefit of saying "They are a legitimate and safe organization to partner with." Visit TSC's website for more information.
